Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
During peak season (July and August), we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, particularly for the Lighthouse Keeper Experience and Photography Workshops. Off-peak dates are often available with shorter notice.
Are your experiences suitable for children?
Guided Tours and Coastal Heritage Walks are appropriate for children aged 8 and older. The Lighthouse Keeper Experience is recommended for ages 14 and up due to the duration and physical requirements. Photography Workshops are designed for adults.
What if weather forces a cancellation?
Safety is our priority. If conditions require cancellation, we will contact you as early as possible and offer either a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Do you offer private or group bookings?
Yes. Private experiences are available for groups of 4 or more at adjusted rates. Corporate team-building and educational group programs can be customized. Please contact us directly to discuss options.
What accessibility accommodations are available?
Accessibility varies significantly by site. Many historic lighthouses were built in locations that present mobility challenges. We are happy to discuss specific needs and recommend appropriate programs. Please contact us before booking if you have accessibility concerns.
